Felix
Felix is a charity dedicated to fighting both food waste and food insecurity. They rescue high-quality surplus food that would otherwise go to waste and redistribute it to community organisations supporting people in need. By working with producers, retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers, they help make sure good food reaches those who can benefit from it most.
Founded in memory of Felix Byam Shaw, the charity has grown to become one of the UK's leading food redistribution organisations. Through a network of charities, schools, community groups and volunteers, they provide meals, support local communities and help reduce the environmental impact of food waste, turning surplus food into a force for good.

How do your gift cards work?
A. If you’re not sure what to get for that special caffeinated someone in your life, why not buy them a Ozone gift card? Simply select how much credit you would like to load onto a card and we’ll do the rest, the lucky recipient then has that much credit to spend on our website or in one of our cafes.

Do you offer personalised notes or gift wrapping?
A. If you would like us to add a personalised note, please email us at orders@ozonecoffee.mom either before or after placing your order with the message you would like adding. We do not offer gift wrapping.

What if the person I give the gift to wants to exchange it with something else?
A. No problem! Either you can get in touch with us or the person who ordered can, please send us an email to orders@ozonecoffee.mom and we’ll get everything sorted for you.

Can I get something delivered directly to the person I’m gifting?
A. Yes! Simply check out with the lucky recipient’s details in the shipping section and your details in the billing section. That way around we will send them coffee but take your money.

Can a gift subscription start on a set date?
A. Yes! After signing up for a subscription, please send us a quick message with the date you would like the subscription to start and we can set that up for you.
