Here at Ozone, we roast all our coffee to a place we think really shows off what the farmer grew and will be enjoyable when brewed in any way - omniroasting.

A lot of you ask which coffees are good for filter and which are good for espresso and the honest answer is, they're all great however you brew them! But there can be a lot of personal preference involved.
